The Perfect Travel Outfit

I think I should have been 6'0". Why?  Because I have this crazy love for long cardigans, vests, sweaters, you name it, if it's down to my ankles I'm in love (which is easy to do since I'm actually only 5'0").  There's something about throwing a super long cardigan over a basic pair of leggings and a tee that is just so comfy and cozy and just plain easy.  I posted this first outfit over on my Facebook group and someone mentioned it would be the perfect airport outfit... YES.  These are easy outfits to travel in because you're super comfy but still pulled together, plus you can turn your cardi into a blanket and curl up if you get chilly.  SCORE.

The cardigan above comes in a ton of color options, I went with the basic heather gray because I was looking for the most versatile color.  I know I'm going to be buying a few more colors though because they're just plain awesome.  It's nice and lightweight so it will work for all seasons, true to size (I'm wearing a small), and a great price point.  Paired it with my favorite super soft leggings, a nice loose fit tank, and comfy black flats.  And this bag is called the "Work Tote" for a reason... you can get some serious work done with this thing!  I'm still finding new pockets in it, there are about a million, and the leather is just about the softest I've ever felt.

When I saw this Vince Camuto vest on major sale I didn't think twice.  Again.... down to my ankles and I'm in heaven.  Plus, it's Vince.  I love Vince.  Grabbed this beauty and now I can't stop wearing it.  It's one size and I will say the armholes are about down to my hips but it appears intentional and super cute... I love the peekaboo it gives.  Wearing this feels like I'm wrapped in a gorgeous blanket in the best possible way.   I'm all about it.  Paired again with those crazy soft leggings, added nude pumps to dress it up a bit, hung on to my awesome "Work Tote" and added a basic sweater turtleneck underneath.  Easy Peasy.  I'm ready to travel... someone take me somewhere fun!
